KitForge ("we", "the service") is an AI-powered brand kit generator operated from the United States. For the fees published at kitforge.app we generate and deliver digital brand assets: logos (SVG/PNG), color systems, typography recommendations, social media assets, favicons, mockups and brand guidelines (brandbook).
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person or company per tenant workspace; you may invite team members.
Prices are in USD and processed by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record), which also handles applicable sales taxes. Starter kits are one-time purchases. Pro is a monthly subscription that renews until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from the billing page — access continues until the end of the paid period.
You agree not to use the service to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or infringing; to attempt to reverse-engineer the service; to resell raw generation capacity; or to abuse the generation pipeline (automated bulk generation beyond plan limits).
Generative AI can produce imperfect results. We provide regeneration and refinement tools, but we do not warrant that any output meets a specific aesthetic expectation. Delivery of files in industry-standard formats (SVG, PNG, ICO, PDF) is guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time; paid assets already delivered remain licensed to you.
We may update these terms with 14 days' notice by email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
