Our promise

KitForge is free to explore: you can generate your brand strategy and preview your complete kit before paying. Because you see exactly what you get, we keep refunds simple and fair.

14-day refund window

We issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• the kit was not delivered (files missing or inaccessible), or
• delivered files are technically defective (corrupt SVG/PNG/PDF, wrong formats), and we cannot fix the issue within 5 business days, or
• you were charged in error (duplicate payment, failed cancellation).

Subscriptions (Pro)

You can cancel Pro anytime from the billing page — cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current paid month. We do not refund partial months, except in cases of billing errors as above.

Not covered

• Change of mind after successful delivery of a kit you previewed before purchase.
• Subjective style preferences — refinements and regenerations are included instead.
• Trademark conflicts discovered after delivery (see Terms §3 — trademark search is the buyer's responsibility).

How to request

Email [email protected] from your account email with your order reference. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued by our payment processor Paddle.com to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we resolve most issues within days. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
